Yoga for Teens- Open to all teens 11-18 years old.

Teen yoga is a beginners flow class dedicated to teaching teens fundamental yoga concepts, mindfulness/self-awareness, and meditation/breathing techniques. We will give teens the tools to handle challenges with ease and connect to their inner self, while having loads of fun with yoga poses, flow techniques, partner work, and mindfulness practices. This class is open to all teenagers of any gender or background.
