Marybeth Fossett

I was a long-distance runner for over 30 years before my body gave me a gentle whisper to make a change. In 2014 I entered a local yoga studio for a 6 AM flow class and haven’t looked back. After developing my personal practice in various studios, I completed my 200 hour certified teacher training in 2018 and am a member of Yoga Alliance. In 2019, I completed a 40 hour Trauma Informed Yoga Training that has added a new awareness to my own practice and teaching style. Yoga provides physicality, with effort and ease as the guide, along with a spiritual side that provides daily doses of growth and self-compassion that I take with me off my mat and into each day. The community and the energies shared gives spirit and strength that nourishes all who enter the studio. Yoga meets each of us where we are as we learn we are just enough. I feel honored to provide this seva of grace to others.

To Our Valued Clients,

COIVD-19 has brought difficult times to businesses & individuals all across the world, including our own. Conversely, the pandemic has also presented new opportunities for collaboration. Over the past several months we began meeting with Dorcas Quynn, Owner of Sol Yoga, to come up with new ways that we could support one another. After much deliberation, we decided to close our studio at 34 S. Market st and merge into Sol Yoga. Through Sol, Luna’s essence will continue by offering ‘Pop Up’ workshops. Be on the lookout for some amazing events like shamanic drumming, gong baths, cacao ceremonies, and goddess workshops. We are grateful for all that was created in our beautiful space and we are excited to see how this yoga community can continue to evolve. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please feel free to email us

Thank you for the magic,
Cindy D’Aquino + the Luna Yoga Team
