Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Ashley Phillips found her way onto the path of yoga in 2009, during a time when she was seeking personal growth and balance in her life. Early the following year, Ashley began practicing at Ananda Shala. She immediately fell in love with energy of the studio, and decided to deepen her knowledge and practice of yoga by completing the 200 Hour Prana Flow Teacher Training in May 2011. After a break from teaching when her daughter was born, Ashley is excited to be teaching public classes again. Ashley greatly enjoys having the opportunity to give a voice to and speak openly from her heartspace, and her favorite part of teaching is authentically connecting with others.

COIVD-19 has brought difficult times to businesses & individuals all across the world, including our own. Conversely, the pandemic has also presented new opportunities for collaboration. Over the past several months we began meeting with Dorcas Quynn, Owner of Sol Yoga, to come up with new ways that we could support one another. After much deliberation, we decided to close our studio at 34 S. Market st and merge into Sol Yoga. Through Sol, Luna’s essence will continue by offering ‘Pop Up’ workshops. Be on the lookout for some amazing events like shamanic drumming, gong baths, cacao ceremonies, and goddess workshops. We are grateful for all that was created in our beautiful space and we are excited to see how this yoga community can continue to evolve.
